1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at ezaisolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by EZAISolutions ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They do not govern the AI systems and services we build and operate for clients, which are covered by a separate written agreement as described below.
2. About EZAISolutions
EZAISolutions designs, builds, installs, and operates private, on-premise AI systems for data-sensitive businesses such as law firms, real estate and title/escrow companies, financial advisors, and CPAs. A dedicated AI system is built to your requirements and installed on hardware you own at your location, then monitored and maintained remotely over an encrypted private tunnel. Engagements are structured as a fixed-price build followed by a flat monthly operations retainer.
3. Engagements Are Governed by Separate Agreements
The Site is an informational and scheduling resource. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a binding quote, and booking a call does not by itself create a client relationship. Any engagement to build or operate an AI system is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out scope, pricing, payment, warranties, support, and termination. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
4. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and to learn about or schedule a consultation regarding our services. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by transmitting malicious code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site in a manner that burdens or harms its operation
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications
If you schedule a call or contact us on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
5. Booking and Communications
Consultations are scheduled through our third-party booking provider (Cal.com), and further correspondence is handled by email. Information you submit when booking or emailing is used to respond to your inquiry and prepare for our conversation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, layout, logos, and the EZAISolutions name — is the property of EZAISolutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse Site content without our prior written permission. Ownership of any AI system, hardware, models, and deliverables provided under a client engagement is addressed in your separate written agreement, not by these Terms.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to and relies on third-party services, including our booking provider and website analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we make no guarantee of any specific business result from our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZAISolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
