Your business data stays with you. The private, on-premise AI systems we build run on hardware you own, at your location. Client documents, files, and business data processed on those systems never pass through this website or any EZAISolutions cloud service. See "Client On-Premise Systems" below.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what you provide when you get in touch, plus basic technical data from your visit:
- Booking information. When you schedule a consultation through our booking provider (Cal.com), you provide your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your business or what you are looking for.
- Email correspondence. When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. We also use website analytics, described in "Analytics and Cookies" below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule and prepare for consultations
- Provide, scope, and follow up on our services
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website
- Protect the security of the site and comply with legal obligations

6. Client On-Premise Systems
The AI systems we build for clients run entirely on client-owned hardware at the client's location. Documents, files, and business data processed on those systems stay in the client's building and never touch this website or any EZAISolutions cloud infrastructure. For maintenance we connect over an encrypted private tunnel limited to system upkeep, and every remote session is logged and auditable. We do not extract client data, and we do not train AI models on it. The full data-handling terms of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect in the first place.
8. Data Retention
We keep booking and correspondence information only as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete it. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see "Contact Us").
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of non-essential communications and analytics
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
